You will have to set up each reminder according to your preferences.
Step 1: Decide when they should receive their 1st, 2nd and 3rd reminder.
The first reminder can be sent out 2hrs, 4hrs, or 8hrs after the cart has been abandoned.
The second reminder can be sent out the next day or two days later and the third reminder can be send two or four days after the cart has been abandoned.
We recommend selecting 2hrs for 1st reminder, 1 day for 2nd reminder and 2 days for 3rd reminder.
